My LJ was purchased with a RC 3.25″ lift kit previously installed. Looking at the kit and the front, it appears that all steering geometry has been unchanged on the front with no DPA or anything besides stock on the drag link and track bars.
My problem is that I am almost 100% sure I am experiencing bump steer as the steering wheel is jerked left and right when going over bumps (large bumps having a greater effect). This is especially apparent and unnerving when the steering wheel pulls to the left under hard braking. I drive a number of miles on the freeway to work every day and when people run out of talent and start stomping on the brakes it is a dangerous situation. Please, gurus of the TJ, enlighten me on what other things I can do to fix this issue.
