Guana Youth Hunt

Saturday was a great time for those at Guana. Mother Nature made sure to let the kids know that she was in charge, as she graced them with winds out of the north, 20-22mph. In all, a handful of ducks were harvested, which included a crack-shot 15-year-old getting her limit of green-winged teal.

Small Game Hunt

More recently, I’ve had both my girls in the woods for some tree rat fun. Marina, the older one likes to shoot the .22, but she has not wanted to shoot anything other than pinecones or the stray beer can. Sophia just likes the woods and is not a shooter yet. They certainly are not shy of wild game harvest however.
