After much reading, contemplating, and confusion I think I have finally decided on a build ( stage 1) for my 2017 75th anniversary JKU. As many can appreciate, this has whole process has involved reading many threads on the forum and speaking with people to get their opinions.
I had heard such great things about Rubitrux in Boone, NC and have spoke with them on the phone. They have modified so many wranglers and are so knowledgable and easy to speak to.
So this is what I believe I have finally decided on. Now these guys can do all kinds of extreme stuff, but this is what I decided to do.
1-AEV 2.5 inch lift with geometry correction, reprogramming, front control arms, steering stabilizers.
2-5 305/70/17 Toyo open country AT tires
3-Maximus 3 classic hoop in bronze to match 75th bumper
4-Brand motion rear view camera
5-Either rugged ridge or teraflex rear tire hinge carrier/replacement
6-Lighting for the front undecided yet.
Was going to do a winch, but decided to that later due to cost and lack of use on my part. This is my daily driver and on pavement 98% of the time.
Any input appreciated as I can still tweak it.
Will post pics as I go along
